The Chicago 2000 World Congress HQ has had several requests from authors for instructions on how to reference their work on the WC2000 CDROM. Per Willis Tompkins, Chicago 2000 World Congress Co-President, they should use the following format:

"author, title, CD-ROM Proceedings of the World Congress on Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering, 4 pp (number of pages in the pdf file), July 23-28, 2000"
