Re-entry into the U.S. following the 2006 Summer School:

Although not (yet) required, it is highly recommended that a U.S. Citizen be prepared to present documentation such as valid or expired U.S. passport, U.S. birth certificate, or Naturalization certificate to avoid delays.

Dear Colleague:

On behalf of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, I am pleased to invite you to attend AAPM's 2006 Summer School entitled "Integrating New Technologies into the Clinic:  Monte Carlo and Image Guided Radiation Therapy."  The Summer School will be held at the University Of Windsor, Ontario, Canada from June 18 - 22, 2006.

The registration and housing information pertaining to the 2006 Summer School is available on our website at www.aapm.org.

The following is a breakdown of fees (listed in U.S. dollars) for the meeting.  I hope this will help you in preparing a budget:

Registration Fees:

Member (Discounted - Prior to May 10) $700
Member (Regular - After May 10) $800
Non-member (Discounted - Prior to May 10) $950
Non-member (Regular - After May 10)    $1,050

Housing and Meals:
Two types of housing will be available at the University of Windsor campus.  Both types are campus housing and complete descriptions can be found on the Summer School website at http://www.aapm.org/meetings/06SS/LodgingMeals.asp#LM.  The campus housing prices range between $369 - $497.  These prices include 5 nights stay (beginning June 17) and meal tickets.

Please note that those who decide to stay in a hotel off-campus must purchase a separate meal plan in advance if they wish to eat in the campus cafeteria.
