The 47th American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) Annual Meeting and Technical Exhibitions will be held at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center, located at Pike Street and 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA. The exhibits will be utilizing the Exhibit Halls 4A, 4B, 4E, and 4F on the Fourth Floor of the Center. The exhibit hall will have a combination of 10 feet x 10 feet and island booths. Standard Poster sessions will be held in Exhibit Hall 4A and 4B. Moderated Poster Discussion sessions will be held in Exhibit Halls 4A and 4E. The Scientific Sessions will be conducted in meeting rooms on the Sixth Floor. A layout of the convention center levels can be found at their web site.

Exhibit Hall Ceiling Height:
Ceiling Height - 24 feet
AAPM does not have a booth height restriction. 

Exhibit Hall Columns:
Halls A/B - There are 4 columns in the center that divide Halls A and B. The columns run top to bottom of the floorplan.
Halls E/F - Column free. 

Electrical Information:
Halls A and B - electricity provided from the floor.
Halls E and F - electricity provided from the ceiling.

Exhibit Hall Entrances:
There will be ONE entrance into Exhibit Halls A and B; TWO entrances into Exhibit Halls E and F. The entrances are indicated on the floorplan so please note when selecting your requested booth spaces.

Housing reservations are being handled by the Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau/AAPM Housing Bureau.

Exhibitors must use the Exhibitor Housing Form posted at the Housing site to make your hotel reservations. Exhibitors are allowed to reserve room blocks. Details of the process are outlined on the form.

Exhibitors are STRONGLY encouraged to use designated AAPM hotels.

AAPM has selected Travel Destinations Management Group as the official event travel service for the 2005 Annual Meeting.

Taxi service from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) to downtown hotels costs about $35 one way.

Airport Express by Gray Line of Seattle serves Crowne Plaza, Seattle Sheraton, Grand Hyatt, Westin and Warwick Hotels on its main route with additional hotels served by Connector.

Business casual is encouraged for attendees, guests and exhibitors. Coats, ties, dresses, and heels are discouraged.

The Exhibitors' Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, July 27 from 8:00 am until 9:00 am of the Convention Center. One representative from each registered exhibiting organization is invited to attend. This is an opportunity for Exhibitors to provide feedback and suggestions, discuss the move out procedures, and future society meetings. A complimentary registration roster of AAPM Annual Meeting attendees listing names and mailing addresses will be distributed.
