| Registration Confirmation |
When registering on-line, please print out your confirmation page.
Those registrants who mail in a registration form will receive an
email confirmation.
Fees for registration and housing will be refunded minus a $100
cancellation fee if written notice of cancellation is received
no later than June 25, 2004. NO REFUNDS will
be given for cancellations received after June 25, 2004. Please
send your written cancellation and refund request to Carolyn Manley,
Director, University Conference Services, 1060 Morewood Avenue,
Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
| On-site Registration
Pick-Up |
On-site meeting and housing registration will occur at CMU in
the West Wing Rec Room (first floor of the Summer School residence
hall) from 5:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, July 29, 2004. On-site registration
for those arriving after Thursday afternoon/evening will occur
in the Connan Room adjacent to McConomy Auditorium, the location
of the Summer School sessions held at CMU.
| Upon Arrival to Pittsburgh |
The opening session of the Summer School will be held at the Pittsburgh
Convention Center on Thursday, July 29, 2004 from 1:00pm-4:30pm.
Summer School participants arriving in Pittsburgh before the start
of the Summer School on Thursday July 29, 2004 at 1:00 should
proceed to the Pittsburgh Convention Center. (Driving
and parking directions/convention center.) Following the opening
session, busses will transport Summer School participants to the
CMU campus for meeting and housing registration followed by the
Icebreaker/Welcome Reception adjacent to the registration area.
Summer School participants arriving in Pittsburgh after Thursday
afternoon should proceed directly to CMU. On-site registration
for those arriving after Thursday afternoon/evening will occur
in the Connan Room adjacent to McConomy Auditorium, the location
of Summer School sessions held at CMU (Driving
directions to CMU.)
