| Shuttle
Bus Tickets - are for those attendees requiring
transport between the Palais de Congres Convention center
and McGill campus (dorms) on Thursday July 18 directly
after the end of the first Summer School sessions at
the convention center. Please note that the buses
will be cancelled if insufficient interest is shown
(and your money will be refunded). |

Fees for registration and
meals will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation
is received by June 26. No refund will be given for cancellations
received after June 26.
Summer School registration
will take place during the AAPM Annual Meeting on Thursday
until 4:00 PM at the Montreal Convention Center, Le Palais
des Congrès located at 201 Viger Avenue West. The first
lectures will take place at the Palais des Congrès Thursday
afternoon, 1:00 PM.
Registration will reopen
in the West Lounge of the Royal Victoria Residencies at
7:30 PM Thursday during the evening session.
Summer School registration
will take place during the AAPM Annual Meeting until Thursday
4 PM at the Montreal Convention Center, Le Palais des
Congrès de Montréal located at 201 Viger
Avenue West. The first lectures will take place at the Palais
des Congrès Thursday afternoon, 1 PM. Attendees who
are booked for the residences may bring their luggage to
the Palais, where it will be held during the day until lectures
are finished. Please note that you cannot check into the
residences before 4 PM. Buses will be available to shuttle
you to the residence after the Thursday afternoon lectures
for dormitory check-in and the 6 PM Icebreaker BBQ but
only if there is sufficient interest in chartering shuttle
buses (please sign up on the registration form). Cab fare
from the convention center to the Royal Victoria Residences
would be approximately $10 CDN, more in rush hour, if you
can find a cab. Note that registration will reopen in the
West Lounge of the Royal Victoria Residences at 7:30 PM
Thursday during the evening session.
