Take advantage of discounted registration
fees by registering by May 29th. No refunds will be made
for cancellations received after June 26. Registrations
received before June 26 will be confirmed via e-mail. Registrations
that do not include an e-mail address will be confirmed
via fax.

Registration Hours and Location |
Registration will be held in the Palais
des Congrès de Montréal Viger Hall Registration
Area on Level 2 of the center. Registration will be open
from Saturday, July 13 - Wednesday, July 17, from 7:00 am
- 6:00 pm, and on Thursday, July 18, from 7:00 am - 11:00
am.
In order to qualify for student registration fees, you
must meet one of the following criteria:
- Be a current Student Member of the AAPM
- Be a full-time student
- Be a resident from a CAMPEP
accredited Medical Physics Residency program
- Be a resident from an ACGME
accredited Medical Resident program
NOTE: If you are not an AAPM Student Member,
you must fax a letter from your Program Director that includes:
the name of the program, the name of the institution and
its address, phone, fax and e-mail of the program director,
the type of degree that you expect to receive, your start
date and expected end date of study. Failure to fax this
letter will render your registration incomplete. Please
fax the letter to (301) 209-0862.
