May 9	Web site activated to receive electronic Works in Progress abstract submissions.
May 15	Annual Meeting Scientific Program available online
May 25	Deadline for receipt of 250 word Works in Progress abstracts and supporting data.
by June 15	Works in Progress Authors notified of presentation disposition Accepted Works in Progress Authors will be able to register at discounted rate
June 15	Deadline to receive Discounted Registration Fees
June 18	Deadline to make Housing Reservations
July 1	No refunds given for cancellations received after this time
July 6	Pre-Registration Deadline
