Welcome to the 2022 AAPM Virtual IMRT Meeting Evaluation System

The Online Evaluation System will remain open through March 10, 2022 to allow evaluation of sessions attended Virtual, and On-Demand

The system will close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on March 10, 2022.  After that time, you will not have the opportunity to  acquire MPCEC and /or SAM credit for the 2022 AAPM Virtual IMRT Meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS

Session attendance is tracked virtually. You must have attended all sessions evaluated in entirety to obtain MPCEC and /or SAM continuing education credits.  

To obtain MPCEC and /or SAM continuing education credit, attendees must complete the required ON-LINE evaluation survey for each session attended in entirety.

• Your Badge ID is required to evaluate sessions. 
• Enter your last name and badge I.D.
• Confirm your email address.  
• Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 1:Program Evaluation

• Evaluate each session attended in entirety.
• Answer SAMs questions, if applicable.
• Finalize the Program Evaluation.  "You must finalize your evaluation inorder to receive credits".  You will then be directed to the Overall Meeting Evaluation.

Step 2: Meeting Evaluation

• Overall Meeting
• Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation
• All credits will be released on March 17, 2022.
