Welcome to the 2021 Virtual Patient Communication for Medical Physicists Meeting Evaluation System

The Online Evaluation System will remain open through October 25, 2021 to allow evaluation of sessions attended.  The system will close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 25th. After that time, you will not have the opportunity to  acquire MPCEC for the 2021 Patient Communication for Medical Physicists Meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS

Session attendance is tracked virtually. You must have attended all sessions evaluated in entirety to obtain MPCEC continuing education credits.  

To obtain MPCEC continuing education credit, attendees must complete an ONLINE evaluation survey for each session attended in entirety.

• Your Badge ID is required to evaluate sessions for MPCEC credits.
• Enter your last name and badge I.D.
• Confirm your email address.  
• Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 1:Program Evaluation

• Evaluate each session attended in entirety.
• Finalize the Program Evaluation.  "You must finalize your evaluation in order to receive credits".  You will then be directed to the Overall Meeting Evaluation.

Step 2: Meeting Evaluation

• Overall Meeting
• Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation
• All credits will be released on November 8, 2021.
