Welcome to the 2021 AAPM Virtual Accelerating Women and Minority Physicists Meeting Evaluation System

The Online Evaluation System will remain open through September 30, 2021 to allow evaluation of sessions attended Virtual, Live and On-Demand. The system will close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 30th.  After that time, you will not have the opportunity to  acquire MPCEC, SAM and /or MDCB credit for the 2021 AAPM Virtual Accelerating Women and Minority Physicists Meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS

Session attendance is tracked virtually. You must have attended all sessions evaluated in entirety to obtain MPCEC, SAM and/or MDCB continuing education credits.  

To obtain MPCEC, SAM and/or MDCB continuing education credit, attendees must complete an ONLINE evaluation survey for each session attended in entirety.

• Your Badge ID and CMD# are required to evaluate sessions for MPCEC, SAM and/or MDCB credits.
• Enter your last name and badge I.D.
• Enter your CMD# if you are seeking MDCB credits.
• Confirm your email address.  
• Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 1:Program Evaluation

• Evaluate each session attended in entirety.
• Answer SAMs questions, if applicable.
• Finalize the Program Evaluation.  "You must finalize your evaluation in order to receive credits".  You will then be directed to the Overall Meeting Evaluation.

Step 2: Meeting Evaluation

• Overall Meeting
• Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation
• All credits will be released on October 14, 2021.
