 Evaluation System

The Online Evaluation System will remain open through July 2, 2021. 
After midnight, July 2nd, the evaluation system will close and you will not have the opportunity to 
acquire MPCEC and/or SAM credits for the 2021 AAPM Virtual Radiation Therapy Review Course.

INSTRUCTIONS

Session attendance is tracked virtually.  You must have attended all sessions evaluated in entirety to obtain MPCEC and/or SAM continuing education credits.

To obtain MPCEC and/or SAM continuing education credit, attendees must complete an ON-LINE evaluation survey for each session attended in entirety.

• Your Badge ID is required to evaluate sessions for MPCEC, and/or SAM credits.
• Enter your last name and badge I.D.
• Confirm your email address.  
• Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 1:Program Evaluation

• Evaluate each session attended in entirety.
• Answer SAMs questions, if applicable.
• Finalize the Program Evaluation.  "You must finalize your evaluation inorder to receive credits".  You will then be directed to the Overall Meeting Evaluation.

Step 2: Meeting Evaluation

• Overall Meeting
• Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation
• All credits will be released on July 9, 2021.
