Welcome to the 2021 AAPM Virtual Spring Clinical Meeting Evaluation System

The Online Evaluation System will remain open through June 01, 2021 to allow evaluation of sessions attended Virtual, Live and On-Demand

CAT A credits only offered for watching simulive content during its scheduled time and performing the required evaluation. No CAT A credit for on demand viewing.

The system will close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 1st. After that time, you will not have the opportunity to 

 acquire MPCEC, SAM, MDCB and/or ASRT/ARRT (CAT A) credit for the 2021 AAPM Virtual Spring Clinical Meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS

Session attendance is tracked virtually.  You must have attended all sessions evaluated in entirety to obtain MPCEC, SAM, MDCB and/or ASRT/ARRT (CAT A) continuing education credits.

• To obtain MPCEC, SAM, MDCB and/or ASRT/ARRT (CAT A) continuing education credit, attendees must complete an ON-LINE evaluation survey for each session attended.
• All participants seeking SAM credits must complete the online quiz.
• Your Badge ID and CMD# and/or ASRT/ARRT# are required to evaluate sessions for MPCEC, SAM, MDCB and/or CAT A continuing education credit.
• Enter your last name and badge I.D.
• Enter your CMD# if you are seeking MDCB credits.
• Enter your ASRT#(ARRT) if you are seeking CAT A credits.  No CAT A credit for on-demand viewing.
• Confirm your email address.  
• Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 1: Program Evaluation

• Evaluate the session and speaker(s).
• Complete the quiz.
• Finalize the Program Evaluation.  "You must finalize your evaluation in order to receive credits".  You will then be directed to the Overall Meeting Evaluation.

Step 2: Meeting Evaluation

• Overall Meeting
• Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation
• All credits will be released on June 09, 2021.
