Welcome to the 2018 AAPM Annual Meeting Evaluation System

The Online Evaluation System will remain open through September 14, 2018. 
After midnight, September 14th, the evaluation system will close and you will not have the opportunity to 
acquire MPCEC, SAM and/or MDCB credits for the 2018 AAPM Annual Meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS

**New**

• SAMs questions are included as part of the evaluation system. In order to receive SAMs credit, participants that registered and received a beacon onsite, must answer the SAMs questions online. There is no pass/fail.
  
  
• In the evaluation system, you will be provided with the aggregate of how other participants responded to each question along with your answer. 

General Information

• To obtain MPCEC, SAM and/or MDCB continuing education credit, attendees must complete an ONLINE evaluation survey for each session attended.
• Your Badge ID, and/or CMD# is required to evaluate sessions for MPCEC, SAM, and/or MDCB credit.
• Enter your Last Name and Meeting Badge ID.
• Confirm your email address. Your email address must match your AAPM Profile in order to receive SAM Credits.
• Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 1: Program Evaluation

• Evaluate each session attended, including Review Courses.
• Answer SAM questions, if applicable.
• Finalize the Program Evaluation. You must finalize your evaluation in order to receive credits. You will then be directed to Overall Meeting Evaluation.

Step 2: Meeting Evaluation

• Evaluate the overall Meeting Evaluation
• Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation.

All credits will be released on September 21, 2018
