Evaluation System

The Online Evaluation System will remain open through September 14, 2018

The system will close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 14th.  After that time, you will not have the opportunity to 

acquire MPCEC credit for the 2018 Improving the Teaching and Mentoring of Medical Physics Meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS

• To obtain MPCEC continuing education credit, attendees must complete an ON-LINE evaluation survey for each session attended.
• Your Badge ID is required to evaluate sessions for MPCEC continuing education credit.
• Enter your last name and badge I.D.
• Confirm your email address.  Your email address should match your AAPM Profile.
• Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 1:Program Evaluation

• Session Evaluation
• Finalize the Program Evaluation.  "You must finalize your evaluation inorder to receive credits".  You will then be directed to the Meeting Evaluation.

Step 2: Meeting Evaluation

• Overall Meeting
• Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation
• All credits will be released on September 21, 2018.
