|
All award money in the form of grants, fellowships or scholarships, and student travel will be paid to an institution rather than an individual, unless there is a written direction from the institution otherwise.
Any institution receiving award money from AAPM may not budget any of that money to Facilities and Administrative Costs (indirect or overhead expenses). The AAPM requires documentation showing compliance of the institution with the policy on Facilities and Administrative Costs. There are no financial reporting requirements associated with any one-year AAPM awards. For multi-year awards, an annual financial and progress report is required. |
