CAMPEP CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
The 2013 AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting has been approved for MPCE credits by the Commission on
Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs, Inc. (CAMPEP).
To obtain MPCE credit:
Medical Physicist attendees must complete the on-line evaluation survey by April 16 in order to receive CAMPEP credit.
After the meeting, registrants will be
contacted with instructions for viewing the meeting transcript via the CAMPEP
website. The transcript will list a description of the sessions and the number
of continuing education credits obtained.
SELF ASSESSMENT MODULES (SAMS)
The 2013 AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting will offer SAMs credit.
To obtain SAMs:
Attendees must attend the SAM session and interactively respond to questions using the audience response unit.
SAMs participants must also complete the on-line evaluation survey for each SAM session attended and must complete the survey by April 16 in order to receive SAM.
SAMs credits are automatically transferred to the CME Gateway. The SAMs credits then pass via the CME Gateway to the ABR.
MEDICAL DOSIMETRISTS:
The Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) has approved the 2013 AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting for (MDCB) credits. .
To obtain MDCB credit:
Attendees must complete the on-line evaluation survey. Badge ID and CMD Number are required.
Following the meeting, AAPM will report the MDCB participants credits earned to the Medical Dosimetrists Certification Board.
