Exhibitor Information
Welcome!
Vendors with an interest in medical physics or related equipment, products, and services are invited to participate at the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting Technical Exhibits.
The Technical Exhibit will be an integral part of the Spring Clinical Meeting program. Its purpose is to further the scientific, technical, and educational advancement of the theory and practice of medical physics and the related arts and sciences.
We hope you'll plan to join us!
New this year!
- Only ONE available!
Premium Island Exhibits
This new opportunity offers Exhibitors a creative way to stand out at the Spring Clinical Meeting. If you rent one of these Exhibits, you have the option to use up to four tables for your display. You get to decide how to use the tables and rented space.
These Premium Island Exhibits will be placed in the center of the room, allowing your display to be seen throughout the Exhibit Hall. This opportunity is limited to four companies and will be offered as first-come, first-serve. Check out the floorplan to see where these new exhibits will be placed. Make your presence known!
- Vendor Education Sessions
Want more one on one time with attendees? Have a new product you want to present?
New this year, Vendor Education Sessions are being offered as an initiative to increase interaction between Vendors and Attendees. Take advantage of your time at the meeting to inform current customers of new advances in your products and the chance to gain new clients! More information.
