Resident Registration Requirements
If you are an AAPM Resident Member, there is no need for you to provide the following.
If you are not an AAPM Resident Member, in order to qualify for this registration type, you must provide a letter from your Program Director that includes:
- the name of the institution and its address
- phone, fax & e-mail of the program director
- area of specialization (e.g., Radiation Oncology Physics, Radiation Oncology, etc.)
- start date and intended completion date
Failure to provide this letter will render your registration incomplete.
