Resident Registration Requirements
In order to qualify for this registration type, you must be an AAPM Student or Resident Member OR
Fax a letter from your Program Director that includes:
- the name of the institution and its address
- phone, fax & e-mail of the program director
- area of specialization (e.g., Radiation Oncology Physics, Radiation Oncology, etc.)
- start date and intended completion date
Failure to fax this letter will render your registration incomplete.
