Oral Presentations - Powerpoint Submissions

The meeting room, Maryland Ballroom will be equipped with one computer to project digital presentations. (NOTE: 35mm slide projectors, overhead projectors and TV/VCR monitors will not be available.)

The DAY PRIOR to their scheduled presentation, presenters are asked to bring their Microsoft PowerPoint presentation on PC formatted media/usb stick to the Maryland Ballroom in order to load the file onto the session computer:
