COMPANIONS PROGRAM & OFF CAMPUS ATTRACTIONS

Registered Companions will have access to the Hospitality Suite located in the Gray Lounge of Haggett Hall. The suite will serve as the meeting place where the Companions may gather to plan their day. Information about local events and attractions will be available. All Companions are encouraged to meet for coffee Sunday morning at 9:30 AM in the suite for a heads up talk on campus recreation and Seattle attractions.

Note, the companions registration fee also includes entry to the Icebreaker BBQ and Tillicum Village experience including Night Out bus transportation. Prices reflect the current fee of $65 for Tillicum Village alone, for ages 13 and up.

Companions will be able to choose from many activites that can be organized on-site, based on their interests. Bus service to downtown Seattle from campus is frequent and economical. Seattle boasts excellent shopping at Pike Place Marketplace, an exciting waterfront (home to the Seattle Aquarium and launch point for many boat excursions), and a myriad of museums (Children's Museum, Museum of Flight and Pacific Science Center to name just a few). It is even possible to take a ferry to Victoria, British Columbia for the day.

CHILDCARE
Neither AAPM nor the University provides on campus childcare. Parents who require childcare services must make their own arrangements prior to arriving on campus.
