On-Campus Housing (Meals Included)

Colorado College is a non-smoking campus. The following on-campus housing options are listed in order of proximity to both the Armstrong Theater (sessions) and Worner Campus Center (dining hall). Every dorm room will have bed linens, towels and a bar of soap. Guests will have access to the college's secure wireless network.  You will receive instructions to configure your wireless card and register your computer, a process which will enable the college to scan your computer to ensure it has critical updates and virus protection.  A username and password will be given to you.

Please note that there are limited numbers of apartment-style rooms in our block.  Housing  is assigned on a first come, first served basis. To ensure your preference, book early.

Please note that there will be no refunds for Colorado College campus housing after June 1, 2009.

Colorado college charges a one time $10 housing management fee for each reservation.
*Same sex roommates will be assigned to your double room if you do not indicate a preference for a roommate. There are a limited number of apartment rooms; expect these to sell out quickly.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, June 5, 2009. Please send your cancellation in writing to Hadijah Kagolo or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 5, 2009.

After lunch on Sunday, the AAPM Registration and Info Desk will be just outside the Armstrong Theater.

Housing Check-In
Hours are 7:00am - Midnight at Loomis Hall.
The housing check-in desk is not physically staffed after Midnight, however, the phone number for late arrivals at Loomis Hall is (719) 389-6229.

Housing Check-Out
Thursday, June 25 by 2:00pm
Failure to return your key will result in a $75/key charge.
