Cancellation Policy
Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, June 6, 2008. Please send your cancellation in writing to Hadijah Kagolo (hadijah@aapm.org) or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 6, 2008.
