Welcome to the 2016 AAPM Annual Meeting Evaluation System

The Online Evaluation System will remain open through September 5, 2016.
After midnight, September 5th, the evaluation system will close and you will not have the opportunity to 
acquire MPCEC, SAM, MDCB and/or RLI credit for the 2016 AAPM Annual Meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS

**New**

• SAM questions are included as part of this evaluation system.  In order to obtain SAM credit, participants that registered and received a PD device onsite, must answer SAM questions online.  It is imple....Evaluate a SAM session along with the SAM speakers, you will then gain access to the questions associated with the session.  You must answer each SAM question.  Pass/Fail does not apply.  Complete this process for all SAM sessions attended.

• SAM participants will be provided anonymized aggregate data outlining other participants responses to each question along with their answers.

General Information

• To obtain MPCEC, SAM, RLI and/or MDCB continuing education credit, attendees must complete an ONLINE evaluation survey for each session attended.
• Your Badge ID, ACR#and/or CMD# is required to evaluate sessions for MPCEC, SAM, RLI and/or MDCB credit.
• Enter your Last Name and Meeting Badge ID.
• Confirm your email address. Your email address must match your AAPM Profile in order to receive SAMC redits.
• Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 1: Program Evaluation

• Evaluate each session attended, including Review Courses.
• Answer SAM questionss, if applicable.
• Finalize the Program Evaluation. You must finalize your evaluation in order to receive credits. You will then be directed to Overall Meeting Evaluation.

Step 2: Meeting Evaluation

• Evaluate the overall Meeting Evaluation
• Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation.

All credits will be released on September 26, 2016
